You measure your eye pressure safely, with no puff of air, no anaesthetic drops and no other preparations. The iCare tonometer works on the rebound principle: a fine probe moves within a magnetic field and makes momentary contact with the cornea.
With the iCare HOME2 a patient can measure intraocular pressure throughout the day during ordinary activities, and the iCare HOME2 can also be used lying down. The readings are uploaded to a cloud database, where they are readily available to the patient or the doctor. The patient has precise intraocular pressure data from everyday life, which can help in adjusting treatment.
